By purchasing products, Purchaser agrees that the guides shall be used for personal use and reference only. Purchaser agrees that under no circumstances shall he use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. Purchaser shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share, or otherwise distribute any purchased products, whether modified or not, to any third party. Purchaser is strictly forbidden from using products for commercial or for-profit use.
All products sold on this site have a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee, with the exception of Perfect Colour Palettes. Perfect Colour Palettes are non-refundable.
Coaching Calls are to be booked within 8 weeks of the purchase date. Refunds are only available 48 hours prior to a scheduled call at which time a $100 administration fee will be required and deducted from the cost of the original purchase price. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the booked call, no refund shall be issued.
For the Interior Design BOSS Academy: If you invest in this course and are not satisfied after 10 days (from course start date), please reach out to the team at Claire Jefford to discuss options for refunding your payment. Refunds are not offered after 10 days of enrollment.
For the Interior Design BOSS Academy Elite Membership: The time commitment for membership payment is a 3-month term and is non-refundable. As an active member, you will have access to Elite Membership content, the Elite Membership Facebook group, and the original Interior Design BOSS Academy course content.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time within that 3-month period and your membership will be terminated at the end of that 3-month term. You must cancel before your card is charged for the next term. After cancellation, should you wish to rejoin the membership at a later date, you will be charged the current membership rate.
Our Content and User Submitted Content, as found within the Elite Membership and Facebook group, is protected under the United States and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such Content is strictly prohibited. Your use of the Elite Membership does not grant you any ownership rights to our Content or User Submitted Content.
Paint colour recommendations are recommendations only. Purchaser should consider lighting and fixed elements, such as flooring, countertops, fireplace stone etc., when making paint selections. Purchaser should test preferred paint colours at home with large painted sample colour boards to ensure paint colours are appropriate.
