- Develop streamlined and duplicatable processes to work more efficiently in areas such as your onboarding process, how you prepare for and conduct an initial consultation meeting, your step-by-step structure for starting a new project, etc.
- Establish a clear menu of services, fee structure, and invoicing schedule
- Review upcoming projects to outline the scope of work and create a proposal
- Create a marketing strategy locally and online for a continuous stream of clients
Upon scheduling your 90-minute Zoom Coaching session, you will receive a list of questions that will help me to better understand specific details of your business and where you are looking for guidance.
It’s important for me to be fully prepared prior to our call so that we can dig deep and make the most efficient use of our time together. Every video call is recorded and I follow up with you afterward with any information I promised to send to you, along with a private link to our video call.
